Rare 1960s Hedy Hedison Christmas Tree Brooch Pin which includes Blue Gems, Heart with H Halmark

Hedy / Hedison Manufacturing Company of Rhode Island is becoming more researched and and more well known and coveted by collectors. The company existed from around 1909 into the 1980’s and were most known for their florals, and jeweled Christmas tree & holiday pins and enamel designs. Their Halmark varied and was often a version of a heart & H like found on this signed piece, which can be placed in the 1960s as it has signature blue stones included in the crystal gems on the Christmas tree. Later versions are generally greens and reds without the blue. I did not find other blue pins here on Etsy. This brooch came from a fancy estate sale on Long Island, NY. We had fun time meeting family members and bought a cute tapestry footstool, that moxie likes to play on too! This brooch was with some other quality pieces that they got out special for me as I said we loved & collected sparkle and sold it on Etsy. We had fun researching this pin and are delighted that it will make a wonderful start to a new collection or addition to an existing one.
